1. Object

• The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the Conditions under which, Madame Chazot Elodie, working under the Mamie Colette trade name, sells Mamie Colette brand products, offered for sale on the site www.mamiecolette.com

• The use of the site www.mamiecolettte.com implies the knowledge and full acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale by the customer.

• These General Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the site, may be modified or supplemented, users are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.

2. Products

• Products  Mamie Colette are handcrafted from new or recycled fabrics. As such, the products may have a size difference ranging from 1 to 2 cm, compared to the measurements indicated in the description of the article, without this constituting a defect or a non-conformity.

• The products are manufactured in the workshop or in ESAT with care and attention.

• The products must be washed before their first use. Some may be susceptible to bleeding and shrinking slightly.

• Washing at a temperature of 30 ° is recommended. ​

3. Order and payment

• It is specified that the products are intended for the personal use of the client Mamie Colette and reserves the right to refuse orders for a product in large quantities.

• Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale and constitutes an irrevocable commitment.

• Orders are effective as soon as the payment has been received by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

• Mamie Colette reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

• The information provided when ordering must be exact, complete and up to date: in the event of an error in the wording of the customer's contact details, Mamie Colette cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product, errors or late delivery.

4. Product availability

• Products in stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

• Mamie Colette strives to deliver to you as soon as possible, provided that the entire order is available.

• Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of stocks available on the day the order is prepared. In case of unavailability of a product after the order, Mamie Colette will inform the customer as soon as possible so that the latter can, at its discretion,  either agree to be delivered at a later date, or to be reimbursed under the conditions referred to.

5. Delivery

• The product is delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Pay attention to its accuracy.  In the event of a return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

• The product is delivered by post by registered letter without delivery against signature. Granny Colette  sends an order confirmation and dispatch email to each customer a shipment tracking number in order to track it on the internet.

• An order from 39th and / or too large is delivered by Mondial Relay , and this more and more because of many losses and thefts by the Post Office.

• Mamie Colette cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers, therefore, she cannot return the order at her expense.

• Shipping costs to France of less than 39th are chargeable but greater than 39th, delivery is taken care of by Mamie Colette.

• All shipping costs to Europe and International are billed at the actual cost of the weight of the package and the Postage rates in force.

• Any order outside a country other than France puts the customer in the position of importer - who will under his sole responsibility ensure the entry of the products into the destination territory, carry out all the necessary procedures, and take responsibility for his charges all taxes, customs or import duties and more generally related payables.

6. Price

• The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. These prices do not include postage below 39th.

• Prices can be modified at any time, unilaterally, without prior information, depending on supplies and economic conditions.

• The amount invoiced corresponds to the price in force at the time the order is taken.

7. Right of withdrawal

• In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days, from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the seller, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay a penalty, at the end of exchange or refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition within 14 days of notification to Mamie Colette of the customer's decision to withdraw.

• Returns must be made in a kraft envelope, the products must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

• Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not taken back.  The delivery is not reimbursed.

• The right of withdrawal can be exercised by a letter in recorded delivery to Mamie Colette informing her of his desire to exercise his right of withdrawal. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product (s) purchased and the standard delivery costs are reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.

• The exchange (subject to availability) or refund, at the customer's discretion, will be made within 14 days of receipt by Mamie Colette of the products returned by the customer under the conditions provided for in this article. The refund is made to the bank account that made the payment.

8. Guarantees

• Mamie Colette will reimburse or replace products deemed non-compliant or defective. Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price and return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of supporting documents. Refunds for products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, following the finding by Mamie Colette of the lack of conformity or the hidden defect. The refund will be made by credit to the customer's bank account.

• Commercial and legal guarantees of conformity cannot be implemented and Mamie Colette cannot be held liable in the following cases:
  - non-compliance with the product washing conditions.
  - improper use of the products.
  - minimal non-conformity of products linked to their artisanal nature: difference in dimensions, etc. ​

9. Liability ​

• Mamie Colette cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the products.

10. Intellectual property ​

• All the elements created by Mamie Colette are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Mamie Colette.

• No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the products manufactured by Mamie Colette:  technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc ...

• Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is liable to constitute an offense of counterfeiting. Mamie Colette is a registered trademark at the INPI.

• In any event, hypertext links to the site must be removed at the first request of Mamie Colette.

11. Protection of personal data

• Mamie Colette collects the personal data necessary for the management of the order.

• These data may also be used by Mamie Colette to communicate various information, particularly commercial (newsletters, email, etc.) subject to the prior acceptance of the customer.

12. Proof

• The data recorded by Mamie Colette constitutes proof of all transactions between Mamie Colette and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. By express agreement between Mamie Colette and the customer, e-mails will prevail between the parties as will the automatic recording systems used on the site, in particular as regards the nature and date of the order. ​​
